Paper submissions

Paper submissions are handled by EDAS. Please follow this link: https://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=22956

Papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Explore under "IEEE International Conference on Communications Workshops 2017 (ICC Workshops 2017)".

All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of 6 printed pages (minimum 10-point font) including
figures, without incurring additional page charges. One additional page is allowed with a charge of USD100, if accepted. Papers exceeding 7 pages will not be accepted at EDAS, nor will they be reviewed at all. Authors should use the relevant IEEE
template, ensuring IEEE Explore compatible PDF-format. Please note that at ICC2017 authors will be required to present their papers in person to qualify for publication of their papers in IEEEXplore.
