Registration Fees and Deadlines
Registration is required for all participants of IEEE ICC 2017.- Conference Authors: Deadline for registration is Friday, 24 February 2017.
- Workshop Authors: Deadline for registration is Friday, 10 March 2017
- Advance Registration: Deadline is Monday, 24 April 2017
When the registration is fully completed and paid, each participant will receive an email of confirmation with an ID registration code.
This ID registration code is required for submission of final papers by authors on EDAS.
Workshops authors will receive a Workshop Registration Code in a separate email when registering for the workshops day (mandatory for every workshop paper, up to 3 per registration)
Please do not share your registration confirmation code with anyone else.
Although the code enables submission of up to three papers, it can only be used once, by you, to create an author account for these submissions.

The registration confirmation code you receive enables you to upload your final manuscript to the EDAS submission site. Sharing this code with anyone else is unethical and consequences apply. This EDAS Author Account must be accessed using the original submitting author log-in information.
Authors with overlength papers (7th page – US$100 overlength charge) should pay for these extra pages via EDAS when they upload the final versions of their accepted papers.

WIRE TRANSFER PAYMENTS: All payments made via wire transfer must be received 10 days after your registration is made. If not your registration will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to icc17reg@c2b-congress.com and received by Friday, 28 April. No refund will be provided after this date.
Please note: author registration are non-refundable. There will be a 100 Euros administrative fee deducted from each refund.
Registration Transfer Policy
All requests for registration transfers must be submitted to icc17reg@c2b-congress.com and received by Friday, 5 May 2017.
After May 5, there will be a 100 Euros transfer fee imposed and possible additional fees depending upon the new registrant's membership status for each request.
Visa Assistance Letters
Non-Authors (Speakers, Committee Members, and paid attendees) requiring visa assistance letters, or authors needing a hard copy of the letter must complete a Comsoc Visa Assistance Request (http://visa.comsoc.org/). Authors should use EDAS to retrieve their personalized visa assistance letters (soft copy in PDF format). Request for a hard copy visa letter will be subject to a 25 € fee to cover the cost of courier delivery.
Presenter Substitution Procedure
If no co-author is available to present at the conference, the TPC Chair can grant permission in some extreme cases to have the paper presented by a qualified substitute presenter. If you need to make such a request, please fill out a Substitute Presenter Form (http://icc2017.ieee-icc.org/ieee-icc-2017-presenter-substitution-form) no later than Wednesday, 10 May 2017. A copy of the form goes directly to the TPC Chair of approval.
Privacy of Information Policy
Information provided by the registrant will only be used by IEEE and its organizational units to serve the registrant for this and potentially other IEEE sponsored events, and updating IEEE member records. In no way will any individual information be given through, for example sale, exchange, or loan, to a third party for any reasons except as required by the prevailing law.
